Ingredients
2poundsof boneless skinless chicken breasts
3/4CLow Sodium Soy Sauce
3/4CHoney
2TBSPMinced Garlic
1/2CWater
2TBSPApple Cider Vinegar
2COptional to add broccoli and carrots
Instructions
Place the chicken in the bottom of your crockpot
Mix all other ingredients well in a small bowl
Pour everything over the chicken
Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours
Take chicken out and shred well.
Put back into the crockpot and mix well before eating.
