Ingredients
1.5-2lbssmall red potatoesquartered
1/2Csour cream
8Tbspof buttersliced
1tspGarlic salt
1tspsalt
1tsppepper
2Cshredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray or butter a 9x13 baking dish.
Quarter/Dice potatoes and place in pan.
Place 8-10 dollops of sour cream on top
Place 8-10 slices of butter in between sour cream.
Sprinkle Garlic salt, salt, pepper on top.
Cover with foil for 1-1.5 hours.
When potatoes are soft, gently stir potatoes in the baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.
Put back in oven and bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
