Slow Cooker Focaccia Bread Recipe: Easy Garlic Herb Focaccia with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Made with frozen dinner rolls, olive oil, garlic, herbs, and sun-dried tomatoes, this easy crockpot focaccia is soft on the inside with a golden, flavorful top.

Ingredients

  • Frozen dinner rolls
  • Olive oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 to 3 TBSP sun dried tomatoes

Instructions

  • Line slow cooker with parchment paper
  • Place 14 frozen dinner rolls in
  • Drizzle with olive oil
  • Place on warm and leave for 1 1/ hours
  • Drizzle more olive oil and use finger and press down on rolls
  • Add everything else in
  • Cook on high for 1 ½ hours
  • Turn off and let sit for 30 minutes
  • Pull out with parchment paper
  • Serve with warm dipping oil
