3russet potatoespeeled and cubed
4carrots peeled and sliced into large pieces
1envelope ranch seasoning
1envelope au jus seasoning
1stick butter

Instructions
Place roast, potatoes, and carrots into slow cooker
Pour seasoning packets on top
Add peppers
Place butter on top
