1 TBSP finely grated orange chocolate
1 tsp sugar
2 orange slices
½ cup premium chocolate ice cream at room temperature for 5 minutes
1 oz orange vodka
Stir together the chocolate and sugar and pour on a plate
Run an orange slice on the rim of a chilled martini glass
Dip the rim in the chocolate
Add ice cream and vodka to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well
Strain into prepared glass and garnish with the remaining orange slice
