Ingredients
- ¾ cup water
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 cups fresh strawberries quartered
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 TBSP creme de cassis1 ¼ cups heavy whipping cream
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese room temperature
- 1 package ladyfingers
- Powdered sugar for dustingToasted slivered almonds and more berries for garnish
Instructions
- Combine water and sugar in a saucepan till sugar has dissolved
- Remove from heat and add in all berries
- Set aside 10minutes for fruit to infuse
- Strain berries from syrup and set aside
- Add in the cream de cassis
- In a large bowl beat whipping cream ⅓ cup sugar and vanilla till soft peaks form
