1 cup light corn syrup
3 eggs lightly beaten
1 cup sugar
2 TBSP melted butter
2 TBSP Texas Pecan Brown Sugar Bourbon
1 ½ cups pecan pieces
1 refrigerated unbaked pie crust
Preheat oven to 350*
In a mixing bowl, mix together all ingredients with a hand mixer except pecans
Add pecans and stir well till all is combined
Pour into prepared crust in a pie pan
Bake 60 to 70 minutes
Cool for 2 hours before serving
