1 large loaf uncut french bread
½ pound softened butter
1 TBSP poppy seeds
2 tsp.onion salt
1 tsp. mustard
2 TBSP lemon juice
4 ounces grated mozzarela cheese
4 ounces grated swiss cheese
Cut criss crosses across the top of the bread
Mix butter, poppyseed, onion salt, mustard and lemon juice
Butter bread making sure to get it between each slice
Mix two cheeses together and stuff between each slice of the bread
Wrap well in heavy duty aluminum foil
Bake at 350* for 45 minutes or till hot and bubbly
Tip: Can prepare the night before without cooking and keep in the refrigerator!
