Photographing your moments in San Francisco, California

2 ½ pounds russet potatoes
4 hard boiled eggs
4 celery ribs
5 green onions
½ large red onion
1 ½ to 2 cups mayonnaise
¼ C pickled jalapenos and 1 TBSP juice from the jar also
2 TBSP chopped parsley
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Pepper

Peel, boil and dice potatoes
Roughly chop eggs
Slice celery into thin slices
Chop the green onions, red onion and pickled jalapenos
Mix everything together while the potatoes are still warm

*Can serve warm or cold
