8 large oranges
8 large grapefruit
4 large bananas
¼ C sugar

Cut fruit in half
Use a grapefruit spoon and cut out each section and put into a large bowl
Squeeze juice out afterwards into the bowl also
Slice bananas into thin bite size slices
Add sugar and mix well
Store in jars or airtight container in the fridge and it will last a week or more
