Easy Berry Tiramisu Recipe with Fresh Strawberries, Raspberries and Mascarpone

This Easy Berry Tiramisu is a light, fresh twist on the classic Italian dessert. Instead of coffee and cocoa, this version is layered with fresh strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, mascarpone cream, and delicate ladyfingers soaked in berry syrup.
It is the perfect no-bake summer dessert for holidays, brunches, baby showers, or backyard gatherings. The combination of fresh berries and fluffy mascarpone cream makes this berry tiramisu recipe bright, elegant, and completely irresistible.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup water
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries quartered
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 TBSP creme de cassis1 ¼ cups heavy whipping cream
  • cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese room temperature
  • 1 package ladyfingers
  • Powdered sugar for dustingToasted slivered almonds and more berries for garnish

Instructions

  • Combine water and sugar in a saucepan till sugar has dissolved
  • Remove from heat and add in all berries
  • Set aside 10minutes for fruit to infuse
  • Strain berries from syrup and set aside
  • Add in the cream de cassis
  • In a large bowl beat whipping cream ⅓ cup sugar and vanilla till soft peaks form
  • Add in mascarpone cheese and whip to stiff peaks
  • Set aside
  • Dip very quickly the ladyfingers in berry simple syrup
  • Place them in 8 x 8 dish to make first layer
  • Spoon half of berries over
  • Then ½ whipped cream mixture
  • Repeat layers
  • Cover and refrigerate 4 hours
  • Before serving Sprinkle over almonds and extra fruit and powdered sugar
