Ingredients

  • 4 cups gluten free oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons flax seed meal
  • 2 cups assorted nuts
  • ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut flakes
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup honey or pure maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ cup olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients together.
  • Add honey or maple syrup, vanilla, and olive oil. Stir until fully combined.
  • Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Spread granola mixture evenly on baking sheets.

  • Let cool completely on baking sheets.
