Grab & Go Breakfast Sandwiches Recipe: Easy Make-Ahead Freezer Breakfast Sandwiches

If your mornings are busy and chaotic, these Grab & Go Breakfast Sandwiches are about to become your new best friend. Made with fluffy eggs, melty cheese, savory breakfast meat, and soft English muffins or biscuits, these make-ahead breakfast sandwiches are perfect for meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 8 English muffins or biscuits
  • 8 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage or 8 slices bacon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour egg mixture into baking dish and bake 18–22 minutes until set.
  • Cook sausage or bacon and drain excess grease.
  • Slice baked eggs into sandwich-sized squares.
  • Assemble sandwiches with bread, egg, meat, and cheese.
  • Wrap individually in foil or parchment for storage.

Notes

To Freeze:
Place wrapped sandwiches in a freezer-safe bag.
To Reheat:
Microwave 1–2 minutes (remove foil first).
