Ingredients
8English muffinsor biscuits
8large eggs
¼cupmilk
Salt and pepper to taste
8slicescheddar cheese
1poundbreakfast sausage or 8 slices bacon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Pour egg mixture into baking dish and bake 18–22 minutes until set.
Cook sausage or bacon and drain excess grease.
Slice baked eggs into sandwich-sized squares.
Assemble sandwiches with bread, egg, meat, and cheese.
Wrap individually in foil or parchment for storage.
