1 stick butter
1 can onion soup
1 can beef broth
1 cube beef boillion
1 ¼ Cups raw white rice
-1 small can or jar of sliced mushrooms (or mushroom pieces)
-Melt butter and pour into an 8 x 10 casserole dish
-mix soup, broth and bouillon cube together and pour into the dish
-pour raw rice into the dish
-add sliced mushrooms
-Mix everything till just combined
-Bake @ 400* for 1 hour covered in foil
