1 pound fettuccine
1 ½ cups heavy cream
½ cup grated parmesan
4 TBSP butter
3 TBSP fresh lemon juice
2 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp pepper
½ tsp salt
In a large skillet add butter, lemon juice and zest on medium heat
Pour in crem, pepper, and salt
Bring to a gentle boil stirring
Cook stirring often for 8 to 10 minutes till thickened and reduced
Add parmesan and stir on low heat
Add cooked pasta
