½ cup heavy cream

2 tsp instant espresso powder

1 tsp cocoa powder for dusting

8 oz mascarpone cheese softened

6 oz cream cheese softened

⅔ cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla

Pinch of salt

Lady fingers for serving

In a small bowl whisk cream, espresso powder and cocoa

In blender or stand mixer beat mascarpone, cream cheese and powdered sugar about 2 minutes till till smooth 

Add cream mixture vanilla and salt and beat another minute till light and fluffy

Transfer to serving bowl and dust with more cocoa powder 

Serve with ladyfingers
