4 bacon slices
16 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
4 ounce jar diced pimentos
½ C mayonnaise
2TBSP finely chopped onion
1 TBSP worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
Cook bacon till crisp and drain on paper towel
Crumble bacon
Shred cheese
Stir together bacon, cheese, and remaining ingredients till just blended
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator
*Serve on bread with lettuce and tomato slices or with crackers of your choice
