Photographing your moments in San Francisco, California

1 loaf french bread
6 to 8 roma tomatoes
Fresh basil or 2 TBSP dried basil 
2 TBSP minced garlic
1 tsp. Garlic salt
1 triangle parmesan cheese  
¾ cup olive oil

Slice french bread into thin slices and line them on a baking pan
Broil till dry and crunchy keeping a close eye to not let it burn
Chop the tomatoes 
Chop fresh basil if using fresh
Grate the cheese
Mix the tomatoes, basil, minced garlic, garlic salt and grated cheese together in a bowl
Drizzle olive oil in and mix well 
Serve over crunchy french bread slices

Tip: I buy a very skinny loaf of french bread for this as it makes the perfect sliced size for this appetizer and you can use parmesan cheese already grated if in a pinch on time!
