Photographing your moments in San Francisco, California

Ingredients:

2 TBSP Olive oil

3 cups cashews

2 cups walnut halves

2 cups pecan halves

½ cup almonds

⅓ cup pure maple syrup

¼ cup light brown sugar packed

3 TBSP freshly squeezed orange juice

2 tsp ground chipotle powder

4 TBSP minced rosemary

4 tsp salt

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350*

Spray cookie sheet with olive oil spray generously

Combine nuts, olive oil, maple syrup, brown sugar, orange juice and chipotle powder on the sheet pan 

Toss to coat nuts evenly

Add 2 TBSP of the rosemary and 2 tsp salt

Toss again till fully combined

Spread nuts bin one layer

Roast for 25 minutes stirring a couple times

Remove from oven sprinkle remaining 2 TBSP rosemary and remaining 2 tsp salt

Toss well and set aside stirring occasionally to prevent sticking as they cool

Store in an airtight container
