1 TBSP olive oil

1 TBSP butter

1 yellow onion sliced thinly

2 cloves minced garlic

2 zucchini sliced into ¼ inch thick rounds

2 yellow squash sliced into ¼ inch thick rounds

1 tsp. Italian seasoning

½ tsp salt 

½ tsp pepper


Heat oil and butter in a skillet on medium heat
Add onions and cook 5 minutes
Add the remaining ingredients and cook 10 to 12 minutes till tender
