2 lbs. Green cabbage shredded
4 carrots shredded
1 onion chopped finely
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup mustard
1 cup sugar
1 tsp pepper
½ tsp cayenne pepper
Salt to taste
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
Toss all vegetables together
Add all other ingredients and whisk till combined we;ll
Add to vegetables
Cover and chill for 2 hours or more before serving
