Photographing your moments in San Francisco, California

3 C flour
2 C sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking soda
½ tsp. Cinnamon
2 C chopped strawberries
4 eggs
1 ¼ C vegetable oil
½ C chopped pecans

In a large bowl combine strawberries, eggs, oil and nuts
In another bowl combine flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and cinnamon
Add wet and dry ingredients together
Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans
Bake at 350* for 1 hour

Tips: Can use frozen strawberries, but drain well and can add a few drops of red food coloring for a pretty color!
