Photographing your moments in San Francisco, California

½ C shortening
1 C sugar
2 eggs
1 C ripe bananas
2 C flour
1 tsp. Baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ C chopped pecans

Mash bananas with a fork
Cream together shortening and sugar with a hand mixer
Blend in eggs and bananas
Stir in dry ingredients
Add in nuts

Pour batter into a greased and floured loaf pan
Bake at 350* for 1 hour

* Can also bake in muffin tins for 25 to 30 minutes

Tips: Can use frozen strawberries, but drain well and can add a few drops of red food coloring for a pretty color!
