2 pounds Stew meat (chuck roast cut into small bite size pieces)
3 russet potatoes
4 carrots
4 celery stalks
1 can corn (drained)
Water to cover
1 6 ounce can tomato paste
2 TBSP Julio seasoning
3 bay leaves

Place stew meat in the bottom of a slow cooker
Peel and dice potatoes into small bite size pieces and add
Slice carrots and celery into small bite size pieces and add
Add corn, water, tomato paste, seasoning and bay leaves
Cook on high for 8 hours
