- 8 oz can of PIneapple tidbits & juice
- 1/2 C of chopped pecans
- 1/4 C of Avocado Mayo
- 1/2 C of Non-fat greek yogurt

- Chop the chicken, grapes, celery, and pecans.
- Add all dry ingredients to a large bowl.
- Add Avocado mayo and Greek yogurt. We typically just eye-ball it, but the recipe is a good starting point
- Pour in the pineapple tidbits and the juice. If you prefer it to be sweeter, then you can adjust the pineapple juice to your preferred sweetness. KK likes it sweet, so we add double the juice.
- Stir until all is covered in the mayo. Taste and add extra of whatever you like.
