2 cups flour

1 tsp salt

1 TBSP lemon juice

½ cup shortening

1 egg

5 tsp cold water

3 chicken breasts cooked and cubed

2 cans cream of chicken soup

1 cup chicken broth

2 cans mixed vegetables 

CRUST…

Mix flour and salt and cut in shortening  Add juice, egg and water

Mix to form dough

Roll to size of a 9 x 13 baking dish and set aside

Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour into greased casserole dish

Top with crust and cut vents 

Bake 2 ½ hours at 250*
