- ½ C mascarpone chees at room temperature
- ¼ C espresso or strong coffee

- 6 ladyfingers
- 1 ounce piece semisweet chocolate
- Unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Mix cream, sugar and vanilla in a bowl and beat till stiff peaks form
